The rooms look like they do in the pictures, everything was comfortable, water was hot in the shower, modern facilities in the room too and staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything is also clean in the entire building, as a solo female traveller I also felt safe.
Loved the interior design and proximity to Penn Station and mid-town. Excellent service and many bar and food options in the hotel and nearby. Great vibe.
