The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
~ Great location - hotel surrounded with a lot of shops and restaurants (if you're a foodie like me, you'll enjoy it!). ~ Easy access to transport - Metro train and buses nearby :) ~ Friendly and helpful staff, especially when arriving early at the hotel.. was expecting to leave our luggage in storage. However, the lady said our room was ready, and you can check in already. She also upgraded our room from Superior to Junior Suite, which was unexpected (so thank you! I have forgotten her name 🤦♀️). ~ Breakfast - i really enjoyed it. Variety of food from hot to cold (cereal to toast and spreads, to pancakes to eggs, bacon, sausage - that was really tasty!! To a variety of fruits. To even desserts! The doughnut and the filling was yummy and waffles, etc.) ~ The Mini Bar in our room, which normally the hotels I stay in, they charge when taken item out. It was free!! :) Thank you for the complimentary gifts. Much appreciated 🥰😍 If I come back to Lisbon, I will definitely stay here at Santa Justa :) Also, I'll recommend it to friends & family 🙌💯
