We loved our stay here. So quiet and peaceful (March). Comfortable bed and a decent room (room 1). Loved the welcome snacks and drinks left. So thoughtful. There is an amazing cafe/ restaurant close by with free delivery called Ilios. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing sunsets and views. Easy walk to Fira (and the bus stop) and a lovely walk to Oia if you like a long walk. Also walked up Skaros which was amazing.
It was such a pleasant place to stay. Central to everything. All the treats they left for us was a nice surprise. I'd definitely stay again if we come back to visit

Seasonal guide to help you plan the perfect trip to in Imerovigli
Fall
Summer (June–August) — busiest, warmest, highest prices, all services open.
Winter (November–March) — lowest prices, limited services; Spring and Fall offer good value with better weather than winter.
March–May: temperatures typically range from the mid-teens to low-20s°C (50s–70s°F). Wildflowers bloom, and many hotels reopen after winter. Days are pleasant and evenings can be cool. Ideal for outdoor sight-seeing and hiking.
One of the most important religious and cultural events in Greece, with lively processions, church services, and local feasts across the island.
A summer festival (traditionally in August) featuring a dramatic fireworks and pyrotechnic display over the caldera that simulates the island's volcanic past. Dates can vary or be updated by local authorities.
A music festival typically held in July featuring international and Greek jazz artists at venues around the island; check current schedules as organizers change formats and dates.
Late summer to autumn (September–October) sees local wineries and village festivals celebrating the grape harvest, tastings, and food pairings.
Pack breathable layers and sturdy shoes. Caldera villages are windy, especially in spring and fall, and evenings can be cool even in summer. Bring sunscreen, a wide-brim hat, and refillable water bottle. If you plan to hike (e.g., Fira–Oia trail), start early in summer to avoid midday heat and wear closed shoes with good grip.
Imerovíglion (Imerovigli), on Santorini's caldera rim, follows the island's strong seasonality. Peak hotel and restaurant prices occur in mid-June through August when cruise-ship crowds and summer visitors concentrate on caldera villages. Shoulder months (April–May and September–October) offer lower rates with many properties still open and favorable weather. November–March is low season: some hotels close for renovations and services shrink, but you can find significant discounts, long-stay deals, and last-minute offers. Special events (Easter, Ifestia fireworks, Jazz Festival, wine harvest events) push prices up locally. Booking 3–6 months in advance for travel in high season is recommended, and flexible F&B options and day-trip bookings can save money if planned for shoulder or low season.
Insider advice to help you make the most of your visit
Reach Santorini by flight into Santorini (Thira) National Airport (JTR) or by ferry from Piraeus, Rafina, or other Cyclades islands. From the port or airport, taxis, buses, hotel transfers, or rental vehicles connect you to Imerovigli.
Book a caldera-view cave hotel for at least one night to experience Santorini's famous sunset without long daily commutes; hike the Fira–Oia trail early in the morning (or late afternoon in shoulder season) to enjoy scenery with fewer people and cooler temperatures.
