The staff are at their best!

Tips: Of course, over all, Amarah is the best to stay in Butuan aside from it is new yet the staff are very courteous, professional, friendly and welcoming. However, this is just to give them also some room to become the very best or be excellent in the future. The drinking water is not replenished every day as well as the toiletries though understandable if the linens/towels are changed every 3 days (their advance disclaimer) save water and the environment. It’s an observation that there’s a need to call them twice before they will attend to your needs. For instance, they were being asked if they could replenish the drinking water — but it takes to make another request before they will send the drinking water to the room. Kana lang. But other than that — it’s almost Perfect!

We loved the new hotel, this was our second stay in a week.the rooms were 1st class and the pool area was fantastic with very clean water and maintained with filters. We ate most of our meals at the pool. The pizza was fantastic. Our room was a large corner unit with a king bed and seating area. Lots of parking with the underground garage available. The staff were the best part of our experience.
