This was my second stay at Sofitel Victoria Warsaw, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first—if not better. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, creating an atmosphere of true hospitality. A very special thanks goes to Ewa, who was absolutely top-notch. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations, making my stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence, and that’s why I will gladly return and continue to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.
