The staff was exceptional - friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, with easy access to the elevators. The hotel location was ideal! It's a very short walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, and Times Square. Radio City Music Hall is across the street. Abitino's Pizza and Bill's Burgers are on the same block. We even walked to the Metropolitan Opera House because it is about a mile away. It's also less than a mile walk from Grand Central if you arrive by train. And the chocolate chip cookies are delicious!
