Festive for the holidays. Every staff member was super nice. Great location. We missed the rooftop bar because it was closed for Christmas. I'm glad those employees got to have the day off. Guess I'll have to come back for a visit!
We needed to check in early because I had a sick daughter who needed a bed to sleep in all day and they made sure we had one. I received a personal text from Julius asking if everything was ok. It was nice to have a contact person to text. I received a charge after we left for the wifi and was able to ask him about it and he said they wifi was free for Bonvoy members only. I provided him my Bonvoy # and he kindly and promptly removed the charge.
