Hotel Riu Buenavista - All Inclusive

Very clean and comfortable and the food was great.

Our family had such a beautiful experience at this hotel, and the number one reason was the staff. They are some of the most caring and affectionate people we have ever met. I especially noticed how attentive they were with children ..one staff member was even singing to a little kid while walking the family to their table. It was such a sweet, genuine moment that showed how naturally kind they are. Their warmth extended to us adults as well. To be honest, I would return to this hotel just because of the staff. They made us feel welcome, safe, and truly cared for,something you don’t always find. A special thank you to Carlos(bartender), Paolina(such a lovely person), Diana, to the manager(im guessing he was manaher) who was often present in the restaurant, and the "bald host" at the restaurant entrance (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name). Each of you touched our hearts. The hotel itself is beautiful , clean, calm, and surrounded by breathtaking views. But the staff is what makes this place unforgettable. I truly hope the hotel understands how precious these people are. We left with full hearts, and we cannot wait to come back.
