HotelPriceTracker does not monitor Expedia directly. Note the Expedia offer and its room and rate terms, find the same hotel on Booking.com, then create a tracker for that Booking.com-backed hotel and dates. Compare the offers manually because the observed Booking.com minimum may not be equivalent to the Expedia offer.
Expedia can be used as a manual reference. HotelPriceTracker records minimum Booking.com prices from successful scheduled checks; it does not ingest the Expedia price or use it as an alert baseline.
Note the Expedia offer, add the matching Booking.com-backed hotel to HotelPriceTracker, and enable email if desired. A qualifying drop from the previous successful Booking.com observation can trigger an email. Verify that the current offers are comparable before changing a booking.
Once set up, HotelPriceTracker schedules one Booking.com check per day and can email after a qualifying drop.
Write down the hotel name, your check-in and check-out dates, and the room type shown on Expedia. This is your reference price.

Select the Booking.com-backed hotel in HotelPriceTracker, enter your travel dates, and click "Track price."
Enable email notifications. A successful scheduled check that finds a qualifying Booking.com drop can trigger an email; it is not measured against the Expedia offer.
