You’re in the heart of the city, right at Time Square. You won’t miss anything, are steps away from almost anything, and yet, you won’t hear the bustle of the city in your room. (Except sirens; which were not abundant.) Friendly and warm staff. As excellent as the hotel is, from valet attendants and housekeeping, to front desk and security, THEY make the hotel. It was a pleasure to talk to them, every day. Absolutely exceptional! The hotel is clean, modern, has layers of security, a fascinating and fun elevator process, and a great HAVC system. Even on the 11th floor, the hallways were cool; not hot and stuffy. This will be our hotel of choice on our next adventure!
