FAQ

Domande frequenti sulla piattaforma

How does hotel price tracking work?

Select a Booking.com-backed hotel and enter your travel dates. HotelPriceTracker runs checks on a recurring schedule across multiple top booking sites, and records the minimum price returned by each successful check. With email enabled, a qualifying drop can trigger an email; check and delivery timing can vary.

Is HotelPriceTracker free to use?

Yes, HotelPriceTracker is completely free. There are no subscription fees, no hidden costs, and no credit card required. Create an account and start tracking hotel prices immediately.

Which booking sites does HotelPriceTracker support?

Hotels are selected through Booking.com-backed search, and each scheduled check looks at prices across Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, and Trip.com when matching offers are available (extra sites are checked for stays of up to two adults). It does not preserve an exact room type or rate condition. Select a hotel and travel dates to create a tracker.

How do I receive hotel price drop alerts?

Enable email notifications for the tracker. After a successful scheduled check finds a drop of more than 1% from the previous successful observation, the tracker can send an email with the observed price. Duplicate-price emails are suppressed, and timing can vary.

Can I track multiple hotels at the same time?

Yes. You can manage multiple hotel trackers for different destinations and dates from one dashboard at no cost. Processing remains subject to service capacity.

How much can I save by tracking hotel prices?

Savings are not guaranteed and depend on availability and offer terms. The observed minimum may represent a different room, occupancy, cancellation policy, or payment condition. Before changing a reservation, confirm the new offer is comparable and your original booking can be changed or cancelled.

Can I see a hotel's price history?

Yes. HotelPriceTracker displays a history of minimum prices returned across multiple top booking sites by successful scheduled checks. Prices can change between checks, and a failed check may leave a gap, so the chart is an observation history rather than a complete market record.

Do hotel booking sites have built-in price trackers?

Some booking sites do not provide a dedicated observation-history tool. HotelPriceTracker records successful price observations across multiple top booking sites on a recurring schedule and can email you after a qualifying drop is detected.
