We had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan. The room was excellent—spacious, very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. We also had a lovely view, which made our stay even more enjoyable after long days exploring the city. The food was great and a perfect start to our mornings, with plenty of options and good quality throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Yohana at the reception, who truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make our first trip to New York memorable. She absolutely deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to NYC!
