I stayed 5 days at the Fairmont Empress and was deeply impressed. The hotel itself is stunning, with a timeless elegance, and its location in the heart of Victoria is unbeatable. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional kindness and support of the Gold Concierge Team and the Lounge staff. They went above and beyond to help me navigate a difficult medical situation with compassion and care.
