คู่มือตามฤดูกาลเพื่อช่วยวางแผนการเดินทางที่สมบูรณ์แบบไปยัง in Jersey City
Fall
Summer (June–August)
Winter (December–February)
March–May. Temperatures moderate from cool to pleasantly warm; cherry and ornamental trees bloom and outdoor dining returns to sidewalks and plazas.
A citywide arts event held quarterly across galleries, studios and public spaces showcasing visual arts, music, theater and dance.
A June Pride celebration with a parade, music, vendors and family-friendly activities—draws large local crowds and visitors from the region.
Seasonal multi-day promotions spotlighting the city’s diverse restaurants—typically held in winter or spring and offering prix-fixe menus.
Liberty State Park hosts seasonal events and is a prime viewing spot for Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve fireworks (including NYC displays).
Spring–Fall markets and summer concert series appear along the waterfront and neighborhoods like Grove Street and Lincoln Park.
Expect hot, humid summers and cold, windy winters because of the Hudson River. Pack layers year-round: a light waterproof jacket for spring/fall showers, sun protection and breathable fabrics for summer, and a warm coat with hat and gloves for winter. Check local weather and ferry/PATH alerts before travel—storms can disrupt service.
Jersey City hotel and short-term rental prices fluctuate with seasonal tourism, proximity to NYC events, and weekday/weekend demand. Summer (June–August) and major holiday weekends draw visitors who want waterfront views and easy access to Manhattan, pushing prices up—particularly properties around Exchange Place, Newport and downtown. Weekends typically cost more than weekdays. Large events in New York City (major conventions, New Year’s Eve, Fashion Week) and local festivals (Pride, arts events) can create spillover demand that raises rates. Value periods are late fall and winter (excluding holiday weeks), when business travel slows and leisure demand drops, and you can find discounts and longer-stay deals. Booking 3–6 weeks ahead for peak season and 1–2 weeks ahead in off-peak can yield the best rates; for major holidays and summer weekends, book months ahead. Consider weekday stays, hotels a short PATH ride from the waterfront, or neighborhoods like Journal Square for lower nightly rates.
คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อช่วยให้คุณได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากการเยือน
Jersey City is highly connected to Manhattan and surrounding New Jersey via PATH trains, buses, light rail and ferries. Walking and biking are practical in downtown neighborhoods; driving and parking can be costly.
Book waterfront hotels near Exchange Place for early-morning skyline views and short commutes to Manhattan; take the ferry at sunset for one of the best skyline photo opportunities. If you want lower nightly rates but easy access, search hotels and rentals near Journal Square and use a short PATH ride into the waterfront area.
