Wonderful hotel in a great location. We stayed many times in nearby hotels in Tel Aviv and found this hotel a great choice. we took a junior suite which was clean and very comfortable for our family (4), it has a kitchenette, 2 rooms with separate bathrooms, TVs, ACs, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The shower pressure was a bit weak but not a real issue. The reception and the house keeping staff were very welcoming and treated us with a smile. We celebrated birthday and they offered us drinks and let us stay longer. The location of the hotel can't be better. close to the beach and to restaurants. It has a private parking for an affordable fare which is a big bonus. The hotel has a small and decorative lobby with free hot drinks and soft drinks that you can buy. it has a nice gym that we didn't use this time, runners can find a great jogging track along the beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in our next vacation in Tel Aviv.
The room was spacious and just the right size for three adults. There was a small, clean refrigerator. We celebrated a birthday, and they kindly treated us with wine and chocolate. The room had two bathrooms and a very comfortable shower, which made getting ready much easier. There was hotel parking available for a fair fee, which made things very convenient upon arrival.

Summer
Summer (June–August) and holiday weeks (Passover, Sukkot, Independence Day)
Winter (December–February, excluding holiday weeks)
March–May: mild temperatures (highs roughly 18–25°C / 64–77°F), wildflowers, comfortable for walking and beach visits on warmer days. Some event weeks (e.g., Passover) can increase prices.
Usually in June: one of the largest LGBTQ+ pride events in the region, with parades, parties, and a strong international presence.
Typically in February (sometimes late winter/early spring): a major running event that draws international and local participants through central city streets and along the waterfront.
Often in June: the city’s arts and culture night with museums, galleries, shops, and public spaces open late with free or special programming.
Usually in April/May: national celebrations with fireworks, concerts, and parties citywide following the preceding memorial day (Yom Hazikaron).
Year-round markets with seasonal food festivals and late-night market nights (peaks in spring/summer): lively central food scene showcased at the Carmel Market and neighborhood events.
Tel Aviv has a Mediterranean climate: strong sun and high UV in summer, so bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Summers are hot and humid at times—stay hydrated and use light, breathable clothing. Winters are mild but rainy—pack a compact umbrella or light waterproof jacket. Sea breeze can make evenings cooler even in summer; bring a light layer for night outings.
Hotel and rental prices in Tel Aviv fluctuate with the beach season, major local events, and Jewish holidays. Summer (especially June–August) is the peak for international tourists and local beachgoers, pushing rates up. Major events like Tel Aviv Pride, White Night, and the Marathon raise short-term demand. Israeli public holidays—Passover (spring) and Sukkot or high-season holiday weekends—can also drive domestic travel and spike prices. Conversely, the rainy winter months (December–February) outside holiday weeks often offer the best value rates and last-minute deals.
نصائح من الداخل لمساعدتك في الاستفادة القصوى من زيارتك
Tel Aviv is compact and walkable with efficient public transport connections (buses and trains), plentiful taxis/rideshares, and widespread short-term micromobility (bikes/scooters).
Book accommodation as early as possible if traveling during June (Pride/White Night), national holidays, or the Marathon. For the best local experience, split your stay between a central city neighborhood (e.g., Rothschild/Bauhaus area or Tel Aviv Port) and a few nights in historic Jaffa to enjoy both nightlife and atmospheric old-city charm.
