We came to bratus hotel for a stop before we continued our trip un jurdan and i most say that first of all we were amazed by the way they handle security over there, the hotel is super safe and secure then the staff in the reception were incredibly kind and helpful especially Taleb helped us with everything we needed and even offered to assist us with other things just to make sure we will be completely set for our trip . Now the design and the cleaning in the hotel is another thing, everything is designed with attention to the small details and with a touch of modern and antique, And in the room everything you need is there, again with attention to all details. And most of all they really made us feel like family as if we came to visit our family and they are the family. 10 out of 10 definitely well spent money and worth every penny. Thank you for everything, hopw to see you again aoon 🙏
