Great service Specially Mr Mohamed and miss Katrina provided excellent service and support
When I arrived, I was welcomed at the reception by Mohammed, and honestly, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he greet me with kindness and a warm smile, but he also gave me the room much earlier than the official check-in time and upgraded my room as well. This left a very special impression on me. At this stage, I truly believe that a genuine smile and a welcoming face are more important than anything else in a hotel experience. I would also like to thank Dawood and Omar for their excellent work in housekeeping and for their readiness to fulfill every request with professionalism and kindness. A hotel that truly deserves to be considered among the finest hotels in Amman.

Fall
Spring and Fall
Summer and Winter
March–May: Mild, sunny days (15–25°C / 59–77°F), low humidity, wildflowers in green belts outside the city. Excellent for walking tours, archaeological sites, and day trips (Jerash, Dead Sea, Madaba).
A major summer cultural festival held in the nearby ancient city of Jerash that draws visitors from Amman for music, dance, and performances.
A spring festival showcasing local and international theater groups—good for culture-minded travelers.
An annual running event typically held in October that brings both local and international runners through main city arteries.
Religious month observed nationwide—daily life shifts (fasting during daylight, iftar meals after sunset). Note: timing varies 10–11 days earlier each year.
National holiday on May 25 with official ceremonies, sometimes parades and cultural programming in Amman.
Bring a layered wardrobe—mornings and nights can be cool even in warm seasons. Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) is essential in spring and summer; compact umbrella or light rain jacket for winter and early spring. Comfortable walking shoes are key for cobbled streets and archaeological sites. If visiting highlands or desert areas, prepare for more extreme temperature swings (hot days, cold nights).
Hotel prices in Amman fluctuate with international tourist seasons, local events, and business travel. Expect higher rates during Spring and Fall (popular for sightseeing and milder weather) and around major events (Jerash Festival, Amman Marathon) and national holidays (Eid, Independence Day). Summer (June–August) can see lower leisure demand because of heat, though school holidays may push some demand; many mid-range hotels discount rooms but rooftop pools and higher-end properties remain priced for locals and international business. Winter (December–February) is cooler and wetter; prices often dip except around year-end holidays. Location matters: Abdali and Shmeisani/Mecca Street command higher rates for business travelers; hotels near Rainbow Street, downtown, or Jabal Amman can vary from boutique to budget options. Booking 4–8 weeks ahead for Spring/Fall, or leveraging last-minute deals in summer/winter, is standard practice. The Jordan Pass (if applicable) can reduce combined costs of visas and site admissions, indirectly saving on the overall trip budget.
Insider advice to help you make the most of your visit
Amman has multiple transport options: taxis (white ‘service’ shared taxis and private black/striped cabs), ride-hailing apps (Careem, Uber have operated in Jordan), buses/minibuses for regional travel, and rental cars for day trips outside the city.
Buy the Jordan Pass if you plan to visit multiple paid sites (it bundles visa and many entry fees) and stay at least three nights to maximize value. For day trips, start early (morning light and fewer crowds). Reserve accommodations near Abdali or Rainbow Street for good walking access to museums, restaurants, and nightlife. Keep small JOD notes for taxis and markets and carry an international debit card as ATMs are widely available.
