Exceptional stay just a 2-minute walk from the entrance to Petra. The hotel is only four years old and everything still feels modern, elegant and very well maintained. Despite the very low occupancy due to flight cancellations, all hotel facilities were fully available, including valet parking, the rooftop pool, the full breakfast buffet and the restaurant service. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding: valet parking, a welcome drink and an exceptionally warm greeting from Thaer, who briefly explained the breakfast times, pool opening hours, dinner options and possibilities for guided tours. We especially appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to book anything — just a friendly offer to contact reception if needed. The rooms were beautifully furnished, very spacious, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Complimentary minibar drinks and free minibar refills were also included, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was truly exceptional in both quality and variety, easily among the best we have experienced. Dinner was excellent as well and very reasonably priced. Service by Ismail — like the entire hotel team — was highly professional, polished and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations by far, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Petra.
