I really enjoyed my stay at Barceló Istanbul. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and professional from the reception to the breakfast team. A special thank you to Amina, the breakfast chef, who was incredibly kind, generous, and always smiling. She went above and beyond to make my child feel welcome by bringing him cornflakes and other breakfast items, and she was absolutely delighted every morning. Her kindness and genuine care made our stay even more special. The location is excellent—one of the best features of the hotel. It offers a straight, easy walk to Taksim Square without having to climb steep hills or stairs, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel also has high security, and we felt very safe throughout our stay.
