The overall vibe and aesthetic of the hotel is great. The room was spacious, resort-like, and clean. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful with 4 by 5 ft large shower. The hotel had an on-site restaurant and bar; it was good but not spectacular. The location was great - we could walk to several restaurant options nearby and in downtown; there is also a food truck park across from the hotel that was not open during our stay but looks like fun during Spring/Summer/Fall.
Perfect location and a brilliant hotel.

Seasonal guide to help you plan the perfect trip to in Moab
Fall
Spring, Fall
Winter
March through May — warm daytime temperatures, cool nights, peak wildflower season and ideal conditions for hiking, mountain biking (Slickrock Trail), and off-roading. Arches and Canyonlands are busiest during this period.
A multi-day off-roading event organized by the Red Rock 4-Wheelers, typically centered around Spring (March/April). It draws hundreds of jeeps and off-road enthusiasts to Moab.
An annual classical and contemporary music festival usually held in late April to early May. It mixes chamber music, symphonic performances, and community concerts.
Running races (trail marathons, half-marathons) commonly take place in Spring and Fall, taking advantage of cooler running conditions.
Moab is a high-desert environment: expect strong sun, large diurnal temperature swings, low humidity, and occasional strong winds. Drink water constantly (aim for 1+ liter per hour of strenuous activity), use broad-spectrum sunscreen, wear a hat and UV-protective clothing, and carry layers for cool mornings/evenings. Be weather-aware during monsoon season—flash floods can develop quickly in washes and canyons.
Moab's prices vary dramatically by season and by activity. Spring (peak outdoor season) and Fall see the highest nightly rates for hotels, vacation rentals, guided tours (jeep/UTV, rafting, guided hikes), and restaurant demand. Major events—especially the Easter Jeep Safari—drive local inventory shortages and price spikes. Summer can offer slightly lower lodging rates in the hottest weeks, but expect higher prices for travel essentials (airfare and car rentals) around US holiday weekends. Winter is the best value season for hotel rates and rental cars, though some outfitters reduce services. Campsite fees are fairly stable but popular sites inside Arches and Canyonlands sell out quickly in peak seasons—reserve as early as possible. Fuel and groceries in Moab are more expensive than in nearby larger cities; consider filling up before long drives. Lastly, short-notice bookings (within 1–2 weeks of arrival) often face steep premiums during Spring/Fall peaks.
Insider advice to help you make the most of your visit
Moab is a remote outdoor hub—most visitors arrive by car. Closest commercial airports are seasonal Canyonlands (CNY), Grand Junction (GJT, ~110 mi) and Salt Lake City (SLC, ~230 mi). Many scenic routes are paved but popular backcountry roads require high‑clearance or 4WD. Fuel, services and cell coverage are limited outside town.
Visit popular sites at sunrise or sunset to beat crowds and catch the best light; buy an annual or park pass if visiting multiple parks; if you plan off‑road or multi‑day routes (White Rim, Shafer), hire a guide or ensure your vehicle, recovery gear and experience match the route.
