Great location with stunning sea views. The atmosphere is peaceful, the facilities are very clean, and the hospitality was top-notch.
The hotel is brand new, very beautiful and located in a very good place. We loved the breakfast, the staff were very nice and cooperative and the private beach was very nice to have. The hotel helped us in a private boat tour to Lady of the Rocks and it was very nice. It is located in a fantastic location because it is very close to the Port of Montenegro and getting to Kotor is very easy but it’s far enough from the traffic around the old city. We definitely recommend!

Seasonal guide to help you plan the perfect trip to in Donja Lastva
Summer
Summer (June–August) — busiest, warmest, most services and events.
Spring and Fall (March–May, September–October) — milder weather, fewer crowds and lower prices.
March–May: warming temperatures, blossoming Mediterranean vegetation, and the beginning of the tourist season. Many cafes and restaurants reopen in late spring.
June–September: a series of concerts, open-air performances and small festivals across Tivat, Kotor and nearby towns organized by local cultural centers and municipal programs.
May–September: regional sailing regattas, local boat parades and occasional international yachting events in the Bay of Kotor and nearby marinas (Tivat, Herceg Novi).
Varies (often summer and early autumn): many coastal villages celebrate their patron saint days and hold small ‘fishermen’s’ gatherings with grilled fish, music and religious ceremonies.
May–October: cruise ships call at Kotor and nearby ports on scheduled days. While not a festival, these days massively increase daytime visitors to the Bay of Kotor towns.
December–March: local religious observances (Orthodox and Catholic) and regional carnival-style events in the Bay of Kotor; dates vary each year.
Expect a Mediterranean climate: hot, dry summers and mild, wetter winters. Pack light breathable clothing for summer, a windbreaker and swimwear for shoulder seasons, and a warm waterproof layer for winter. Bring comfortable shoes for cobbled streets and rocky beaches; sun protection is essential in summer, and check marine forecasts if taking boats.
Donja Lastva is a small coastal village near Tivat in the Bay of Kotor. Prices for accommodation and services there follow the wider Bay of Kotor and Montenegrin coast pattern: peak hotel and apartment rates occur in mid-July and August, and during any major local festivals or regattas. Cruise-ship days and weekends see short-term price upticks for restaurants and day-trip operators in nearby Kotor and Perast. Outside peak months, especially in late autumn and winter, many small guesthouses reduce rates or close; long-stay and last-minute apartment rentals can be good value in shoulder seasons. Renting a car is cheapest when booked in advance and outside high season; taxis and boat transfers are more expensive during cruise-ship influx days.

Nearest airport is Tivat (TIV); Dubrovnik (DBV) and Podgorica (TGD) are practical alternatives. Good local bus links connect Donja Lastva with Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi. Ferries and water taxis operate seasonally.
Book accommodation and any desired boat excursions well in advance for July–August and during known regatta dates. For a quieter experience, stay in Donja Lastva itself and use short daily boat trips to visit Kotor, Perast and nearby beaches early in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the cruise-ship crowds.
