The personnel working at this resort are absolutely amazing. They were helpful, kind and always smiling. They offered us an early check-in as well as a late check-out and we were able to make use of the all-inclusive services until 5 pm. The resort is very clean, the food is amazing (it is a la carte, so it's fresher) and the location is perfectly located on 5th avenue. We are looking forward to coming back!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good and the beds were really comfortable. Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Seasonal guide to help you plan the perfect trip to in Playa del Carmen
Winter
Winter and Spring (December–April) — dry, warm, busy and most expensive.
Summer and Fall (June–November) — lower prices, more rain and humidity, hurricane season risk.
March–May — warm to hot temperatures, lots of sun, with spring-break crowds concentrated in March and early April; humidity rises through May.
Variable dates in March–April depending on Easter — one of the busiest travel weeks in Mexico, with families and domestic tourists flocking to the coast.
Typically held in late November in Playa del Carmen — a multi-day music festival with free shows and ticketed headline acts.
Late October–early November — cultural events, altars and local ceremonies appear throughout Playa and nearby towns; smaller than major cultural centers but still colorful and meaningful.
Late December–early January — international travelers and Mexican vacationers converge; many hotels run special packages and events.
Playa del Carmen has a tropical climate: expect warm to hot temperatures year-round, high humidity most of the year, and a pronounced rainy season (June–November). Pack lightweight, breathable clothing, reef-safe sunscreen, a light rain jacket for sudden showers, sturdy water shoes for cenotes, and insect repellent. Always check hurricane forecasts during August–October and consider travel insurance that covers weather disruptions.
Playa del Carmen follows typical Riviera Maya seasonality: hotel rates and tour prices peak during the dry high season (December–April), especially around Christmas/New Year, Semana Santa (Easter week) and major holidays. Prices drop in the shoulder months (late April–May and November) and fall to their lowest during the rainy/hurricane season (June–November), when hotels and tour operators offer discounts to attract travelers despite higher rain risk. Domestic Mexican holidays and large events (e.g., Semana Santa, Thanksgiving week, Christmas, and festival weekends) can drive short-term spikes. Advance booking is essential for travel during high-season windows; last-minute deals are more common in low season but carry weather and service trade-offs.
