Amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel, atmosphere, rooms, and service were all excellent. The suite was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks to Mohammed for the amazing upgrade and for making our first visit to Jordan so memorable. Also, special thanks to Farah for being incredibly kind and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and if we needed anything during our stay. Truly outstanding hospitality, and we will definitely come back again.

Fall
Spring and Fall (April–May and October–November) — busy, good weather, higher prices.
Summer and Winter (June–August and December–February) — lower hotel rates, fewer crowds, but either very hot or wetter/cooler weather.
March–May: Mild days (15–25°C / 59–77°F), cool nights. Wildflowers and greener hillsides, comfortable for walking and ruins.
A long-running summer festival held in the ancient Roman city of Jerash, a short drive from Amman.
A popular road race typically held in the fall that attracts local and international runners.
The Islamic holy month observed across Jordan—timing changes yearly according to the lunar calendar.
Periodic design and arts events showcasing local designers, galleries and pop-up exhibitions around the city.
National holiday with official ceremonies and some public events around the city.
Amman sits at 700–1,100 meters elevation, giving cooler nights than you'd expect for its latitude. Pack layers (light jacket + warmer layer) year-round. In summer bring sun protection and light breathable clothing; in winter include a waterproof layer and warmer layers for evenings. Shoes with good grip are recommended for uneven archaeological sites.
Amman is moderately priced compared with major European capitals but can be pricey relative to the rest of Jordan. Hotel rates concentrate around downtown (1st-3rd Circles), Abdoun and Sweifieh (upscale), and areas near Rainbow Street and the Citadel (mid-range). Expect mid-range hotels (3-star) to be the best value year-round; luxury hotels and international brands command a premium. Prices rise during Spring and Fall (milder weather and festivals) and around major holidays (Eid, Christmas/New Year). Summer and parts of Winter (rainy season) tend to offer lower rates, though summer can still be expensive if events are happening. Taxis and restaurants are affordable; tourist attractions like the Citadel, Roman Theatre and nearby Petra/Wadi Rum have separate fees and transportation costs that add up.
內行人建議,幫助您充分利用您的訪問
Amman is a taxi- and car-friendly city; public transit is limited for tourists, but ride-hailing and airport transfers are straightforward.
Buy the Jordan Pass before arrival if you plan to visit multiple paid attractions (it often includes visa waiver and entry to Petra and many other sites) and schedule outdoor excursions for early morning or late afternoon to avoid midday heat and harsh light for photography.
